Exchanges may be made up to one year from the date of purchase for unopened and resaleable products. Shipping fees for exchanges are the same as regular orders. Health Packs must be returned in full; including free products for a full refund to be made. Returned orders that were $500 when processed, with free shipping, will incur a $30 restocking fee at the time of the return.

In the event of shipping discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, and damaged merchandise, notification must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Reshipping fees are at the customers expense.
